CodeCordon policy
Terms of service
These terms keep the service usable and make the scanner's limits explicit. By creating an account or using CodeCordon, you agree to them.
Effective July 18, 2026
Authorized use
You may scan only source code you own or are authorized to assess. Do not use CodeCordon to access private systems without permission, distribute malware, overload the service, evade limits, or interfere with other users.
No security guarantee
Findings are automated indicators for review. CodeCordon does not guarantee that findings are exploitable, that remediation is complete for every context, or that a clean scan means an application is secure. You remain responsible for testing, deployment, and security decisions.
Plans and subscriptions
Free and paid plans have the limits displayed in the service. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the Stripe billing portal. Prepaid ShipBond Studio credits are non-transferable, remain on the purchasing account until used, and each credit activates one eligible seven-day evidence record. Unless required by law, a Studio Pack may be refunded only before any credit from that pack is redeemed; after the first redemption, the pack is non-refundable. Access remains subject to payment status, plan limits, and fair use. Prices or limits may change prospectively with reasonable notice.
ShipBond launch evidence
ShipBond is a time-bounded record of the automated code and deployment checks displayed on its evidence page. CodeCordon does not verify repository or deployment ownership; you may submit and publish evidence only for systems you are authorized to assess. Draft creation does not activate or endorse a deployment. A paid activation remains visible as an active record for seven days, after which it is shown as expired. ShipBond is not insurance, a warranty, a penetration test, an accessibility audit, legal advice, or a certification of security, uptime, compliance, business logic, or payment flows. Unless required by law, one-time activation fees are non-refundable after activation.
Availability
CodeCordon is provided as available and may change, experience downtime, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CodeCordon and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on scan results. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
